Worcester Citizens Advice Bureau & WHABAC are currently seeking to recruit a part-time (22.5 hrs) HOUSING PROJECT WORKER.  Salary £20,138 – £20,661 p.a. (pro rata).

To assess clients housing needs and assist them to secure and retain accommodation to include our deposit guarantee scheme and SmartLets managed accommodation. Applicants should have previous experience of working with homeless/potentially homeless clients.

You can help people with everyday problems by giving free advice and information. Our clients say the work we do really makes a difference to their lives. You will be trained and developed, so specific qualifications or experience isn't necessary, and you will be offered a full induction and ongoing support for every role.

We particularly need volunteers to give information on the telephone.
